Tal is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and of the Federation of Tax Advisers, being the tax faculty of the Institute of Financial Accountants. Tal has extensive experience in the field of accountancy and tax having originally trained with a firm of chartered accountants and worked in general practice for the first 15 years of his career. Tal specialised in private client taxation after joining the Chiltern Group in 1996 and then BDO LLP in 2007 before joining Saffron Tax Partners in 2010.
With his experience and knowledge of accountancy and tax matters, Tal has the ability to understand a client’s needs from a wider perspective and advises clients in all areas of Private Client Taxation including Inheritance Tax planning as well as Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax. Tal has specific expertise on issues concerning domicile & tax residence and has advised many non-UK domiciled clients and their offshore trust structures as well as dealing with HMRC enquiries and investigations into the tax affairs of high net worth individuals from all sectors, including in particular the entertainment industry.
Tal enjoys spending his spare time with his family, particularly his grandchildren and is a keen armchair sports fan but enjoys an occasional round of golf.
